Yes. SusuFlex never holds your funds—all payments flow through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. We're a technology platform, not a bank.
What happens if someone doesn't pay?
Our Trust Score system shows each member's payment history before you join. Circles can set automatic late fees and grace periods. Plus, our Circle Health Dashboard warns you about risky circles.
How much does it cost?
SusuFlex is free to join any circle. Circle organizers pay a small 1.5% fee on payouts to cover payment processing. No hidden fees. Optional premium plans with advanced features are also available.
Can I leave a circle early?
Circle rules are set before it starts. Most circles allow exit after you've contributed and received your payout. Check each circle's rules before joining.
How do I find people to join my circle?
Start with people you trust—family, coworkers, or friends. SusuFlex helps you invite them via link or email. You can also join existing public circles with verified members.
